How to Organize Trading App Review Themes

This article demonstrates a review-analysis workflow. No corpus of 50,000 reviews was collected or classified for this site, and the dashboard entries are fictional examples.

Define categories before counting

Start with a small, documented set of themes such as reliability, support, pricing clarity, and feature requests. Allow more than one label per review and keep an uncategorized bucket.

Preserve context

Record the app version, review date, market, and source when available. A complaint about an old release should not automatically describe the current product. Do not infer churn from a negative review without evidence linking the two.

Separate examples from evidence

A demonstration review helps explain the interface. It does not establish customer sentiment, product adoption, or superiority over a competitor. Label generated examples at the point where readers encounter them.

Turn feedback into questions
